This building is primarily designed for offices, but also for multi-purpose use. The basic equipment corresponds to the current standard for office and commercial properties. Office cooling is optional. Different room depths between approx. 5 - 7 m can be realised. Window grid 1.20 m with a column grid of approx. 6 m. Fibre optic connection is available in the building.

The production area (floor load 1000 kg/m²) on the ground floor has its own access with a large roller shutter. The area can also be divided into an area of approx. 500m² and an area of approx. 700m². Both areas would have access to the large roller shutter door and the building has its own car park, where parking spaces are available for rent.
